Here is a wonderful and unusual, high-quality Greek smithsonite. It shows rich, golden-yellowish, botryoidal crystallization and has grown on gypsum crystals that have been dissolved (encrustation pseudomorph). The holes on the piece is the empty space left from naturally dissolved gypsum crystals! The back shows limonite pseudomorph after gypsum so this one is a triple encrustaion pseudomorph of smithsonite psm limonite psm gypsum! Very aesthetic, interesting with fine color and luster!
