Top quality, crystallized, gemmy green smithsonite on gossan matrix. Lavrion is mostly known for thin crusts/botryoidal smithsonite. This specimen hosts clusters of slightly rounded crystals with excellent luster, color and translucency, unlike most we have seen from Greece. From my personal collection, #258.
