During the past decade, we have had a series of smithsonite finds of quite good quality. This piece comes from a new find that surpasses all previous ones and offers some fantastic Greek specimens. Some of those pieces even compete with some Kelly mine smithsonites. This one has excellent luster and good relief with a mix of stalatictic and bubbly forms. The color is the typical for the find, pastel blue-green.
